View Karl Schöngen KG Kunststoff-Rohrsysteme on TEKEN44The Concept-HL jacking pipe type MRS 2.0 is a wastewater jacking pipe made of filler-free polypropylene according to DIN EN 1852-1 with a material-bonded multi-grid welded joint and short welding time, without an internal weld bead. Fixing the pipes during the cooling phase is not required. The Concept-HL pipe system is manufactured in a green color suitable for camera inspections. The pipes are resistant to high-pressure jetting, corrosion-resistant against municipal wastewater (pH 2 to pH 12), and comply with the requirements of DIN EN 476. These jacking pipes are approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) under approval number Z-42.1-349. Furthermore, this pipe system meets the system tightness test requirements for higher internal pressures according to DIN EN 1277, making it ideally suited for installation in drinking water protection zones II and III.
