PP underground cable conduit SHV
Compared to overhead lines, the proportion of underground cabling is continuously increasing. Particularly in the high-voltage range (220 kV to 380 kV), robust system solutions are required, as the conduit systems – in addition to the well-known static loads – must also withstand high temperatures. Due to peak network loads, operating temperatures exceeding 70 degrees Celsius can easily be reached. Because of insufficient temperature resistance, commercially available protective conduit systems made of HDPE or PVC-U cannot be safely operated at these temperatures over extended periods. To meet these demanding requirements, we have developed the SHV underground cabling program using specially designed, long-term temperature-resistant materials. These conduits come pre-fitted with a Smooth Slide "SSL" inner surface. This extremely smooth inner surface significantly facilitates the insertion of cables or other conduits compared to conventional conduit systems. The frictional forces generated during insertion are effectively reduced by this special "System Schöngen" manufacturing technology. The clear advantages: time savings and the prevention of potential cable damage. The SHV pipe program offers a diverse selection of special connection technologies, whether smooth, push-fit or welded. Even under extreme installation conditions, the SHV underground cable duct system is the first choice for implementing the energy transition, for both open and trenchless construction methods. (

PP-HM drive system MRS 2.0
The Concept-HL jacking pipe type MRS 2.0 is a wastewater jacking pipe made of filler-free polypropylene according to DIN EN 1852-1 with a material-bonded multi-grid welded joint and short welding time, without an internal weld bead. Fixing the pipes during the cooling phase is not required. The Concept-HL pipe system is manufactured in a green color suitable for camera inspections. The pipes are resistant to high-pressure jetting, corrosion-resistant against municipal wastewater (pH 2 to pH 12), and comply with the requirements of DIN EN 476. These jacking pipes are approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) under approval number Z-42.1-349. Furthermore, this pipe system meets the system tightness test requirements for higher internal pressures according to DIN EN 1277, making it ideally suited for installation in drinking water protection zones II and III.

PP-HM drive line MV
The Concept-HL jacking pipe type MV is a wastewater jacking pipe made of filler-free polypropylene according to DIN EN 1852-1, featuring a smooth inner and outer surface, integrated push-fit socket connection with two permanently fixed sealing rings. The Concept-HL range is produced in a green color suitable for camera inspections. The pipes are resistant to high-pressure jetting, corrosion-resistant against municipal wastewater with a pH of 2 to 12, and comply with the requirements of DIN EN 476. These jacking pipes are approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) under approval number Z-42.1-349. Furthermore, this pipe range meets the system tightness test requirements for higher internal pressures according to DIN EN 1277 and is therefore ideally suited for installation in drinking water protection zones II and III.

PE-HD rod socket
The PE-HD cable protection conduit with factory-installed socket is manufactured according to either DIN 16874 or DIN 16876. The standard version of the conduit is black, but other colors and stripes are available upon request. The solid-walled conduits feature a hydraulically smooth inner and outer surface for optimal cable pulling. If required, longitudinal grooves ("STX") are also available for even better cable pulling. Our comprehensive product range, as a system solution, also includes suitable fittings and installation aids for all laying methods. To meet our high standards for absolutely safe products, the PE-HD cable protection pipe is monitored by an independent, certified testing institute in addition to our own continuous quality control.

PVC Professional Push-in Coupling
Our Professional cable protection conduits stand for durability, resilience, and traceability. We use only 100% virgin PVC-U material, employ state-of-the-art production methods, and guarantee professional and continuous quality assurance – before, during, and after the production process. It is only thanks to these prerequisites that we can offer this first-class cable protection conduit for the highest demands on the market. The Professional cable protection conduits are manufactured according to DIN 16873 and DIN 8061/62, making them solid-wall conduits with a smooth "SSL" inner and outer surface, ideally suited for cable insertion. As one of the best cable protection conduits available, it offers high resistance to external impact stress according to DIN 744. Furthermore, it is the only conduit on the market with the DINPlus quality mark ZP 5.1.1. And with a service life of 100 years, we can confidently say: The Schöngen Professional cable protection conduit is a professional conduit for professionals. Consistent quality also means reliable planning. Verifiable pipe statics can only be reliably created if the pipe quality remains consistently high. We ensure this with the Professional cable protection pipe. It's no wonder that this pipe is used wherever safety and consistently high quality are essential for a protective pipe.

PVC standard push-fit socket
The standard cable protection pipe is manufactured entirely from recycled material. Therefore, we place great importance on the correct selection of the base material. Crucial to this are rigorous incoming material inspections by purchasing and quality assurance, as well as subsequent control measurements on the finished pipe. Only in this way can we meet our high standards of producing one of the best recycled pipes on the market. The standard cable protection pipe is manufactured according to DIN 16875 and in accordance with DIN 8062 as a solid-wall pipe with a smooth inner and outer surface. These PVC protective pipes are available with either a push-fit socket and sealing ring or an adhesive socket. To complete this system solution, we offer a comprehensive range of fittings and installation aids for all installation methods.
