Monotubular truncated pyramidal towers with polygonal cross-section for high-voltage overhead power lines, manufactured under ISO9001 certified quality control and by an authorized transformation center according to Ministerial Decree 14/01/08, consisting of multiple sections with forced overlapping joints, obtained by cold forming trapezoidal sheets of quality steel compliant with EN10025 and subsequent longitudinal welding performed with an approved automatic MAG process and welding quality control according to EN ISO 3834. Prepared for anchoring to the base by driving into the foundation block, or with a base plate and anchor bolts. Any service metalwork such as climbing ladders, arms, and brackets are included. All steel structural components, in compliance with CE standards, are manufactured according to EN 1090 in execution class ECX2, certified by a third-party body according to European Directive EU 305/2011. Corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing, obtained with the following cycle: greasing; pickling; washing; Fluxing; preheating; galvanizing in molten zinc at 440÷450 degrees Celsius, with a minimum percentage of zinc in the galvanizing bath of 98.5%. Coating obtained in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard with minimum thicknesses of 55 microns and average of 70 microns. For the design of the systems, the following data must be known: – installation location – type, dimensions, weights and arrangement of cables (load tree) – height of the poles – spacing between the poles in line (span) – type of support (straight; corner; terminus)
