Mobile panel towers on external guide

Manually operated mobile panel lighting towers on external guides are the economical solution for small and medium-sized lighting systems, ranging from 16 to 25 meters in height, and with a limited number of projectors. These mobile panel lighting towers on external guides, manufactured under ISO9001 certified quality control by an authorized processing center in accordance with Ministerial Decree 14/01/08, consist of: a single-tube, polygonal-section shaft with multiple sections forced by overlapping, obtained by cold-forming trapezoidal sheets of S355JO EN 10025 steel and subsequently longitudinally welding using an approved automatic MAG process and quality control of the welding according to EN ISO 3834. Designed for anchoring to the base by driving it into the foundation block, or with a base plate and tie rods, and equipped at the base with a passage for the power cable, an earth connection, and a suitably reinforced door for access to the internal equipment. Suitable external guide fixings are located along the shaft, and a plate for attaching the towing head is located at the top. Dimensional tolerances UNI EN 40/2 - UNI EN 10051. Corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing, achieved with the following cycle: greasing; pickling; washing; fluxing; preheating; galvanizing in molten zinc at 440-450 degrees Celsius, with a minimum zinc percentage in the galvanizing bath of ³ 98.5%. Coating obtained in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard with minimum thicknesses of 55 microns and average of 70 microns. Movement system, compliant with current safety regulations, consisting of a mobile panel, where the floodlights are anchored, supported by a cable sent to the towing head at the top of the pole; the mobile panel, sliding on the external guide rail along the shaft, allows the floodlights to be raised to a useful height for maintenance from the ground. The movement, transmitted to the rope, is controlled by a manually operated hoist, applied to the base of the pole. The towing head consists of a single-arm structure for the lifting rope and electric cable; it is made of hot-dip galvanized steel and is designed for attachment to the stem using a special flange and bolts. The arm is fully enclosed to ensure protection of the moving parts, consisting of polyamide 6.6 pulleys mounted on self-lubricating bushings and stainless steel pins. An anti-derailment system is provided for the rope and electric cable. The arm is equipped with a system for attaching the mobile panel. The towing head is supplied fully assembled and complete with a polyethylene-coated galvanized steel lifting rope (sized with a minimum safety factor of 6) and an electric cable for powering the projectors. The lifting rope and power cable are secured at one end to a connecting cylinder, while the other end is passed over the arm and then anchored to the mobile panel. The movable panel and external guide rail are made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles. An elastic attachment system consisting of a stainless steel pin and double spring steel plates is attached to the movable panel; this allows the panel to be securely attached to the pole top and completely relieves the cable of any load during normal tower operation. The external guide rail consists of a track coupled with pre-assembled elements, which is secured externally along the shaft using concealed screws. The movable panel is equipped with a parachute safety device, which, in the event of cable breakage during raising or lowering operations, acts on the sliding guide, blocking the fall of the floodlight panel. Electrical system suitable for the power to be installed, consisting of an interlocked socket at the base of the drum, where the power line must be brought, a self-supporting, torsion-proof cable, complete with a CEE plug at one end and then connected to the junction box on the mobile panel at the other end (this ensures all electrical contacts are permanent and there are no sliding or bayonet contacts). The junction box, complete with a pre-wired terminal block, is equipped with a watertight socket designed for earth ignition testing using a special extension cable with a CEE plug. The electrical circuit is constructed using only CE-marked components that comply with the Low Voltage Directive 73/23 EEC - 93/68 EEC and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 89/336 - 92/31 EEC - 93/68 EEC. Compliance with the Machinery Directive. A manually operated crank hoist, attached to the base of the tower when necessary, allows for panel movement. The hoist is mounted on a trolley with wheels suitable for on-site handling and is equipped with a spacer arm to allow the operator to work from a safe distance. A single hoist is sufficient to move multiple towers with the same performance. The hoist chain is connected to a connecting cylinder, transmitting the movement directly to the cable and therefore to the mobile panel, thus allowing the raising and lowering of the floodlights mounted on it. The hoist is equipped with a clutch that engages if the operator stops turning the crank, stopping the movement and therefore the lowering of the mobile panel. All steel structural components are CE compliant and manufactured according to EN 1090 in execution class ECX2, certified by a third-party body according to European Directive UE 305/2011. The mobile panel towers are CE marked in compliance with current legislation (DPR459/06 89/392/EEC, 91/368/EEC; 93/44/EEC; 93/68/EEC). The marking, on each individual pole, reports: tower version; model; serial number; year of construction. Optional exterior painting, color chosen from our color chart, wrinkled effect, achieved with a thermosetting powder coating process, including: cleaning of any galvanizing residues; smoothing of surfaces using light mechanical action; cleaning of surfaces to remove oil and dirt in general and create a good adhesion base; application by electrostatic spraying of polyester powder suitable for hot-dip galvanized surfaces intended for outdoor use, up to a thickness of 60/80 microns; Curing in an oven at a constant temperature of approximately 200°C for 40-50 minutes. Each post is individually wrapped in 100% polyester non-woven fabric (no bubble wrap) to prevent damage to the paint during handling, transportation, and storage. The resulting coating will have the following characteristics: average thickness 60 microns, resistance to ISO 2409 cross-hatching tests, resistance to UNI 8901 impact tests. To design the floodlight towers, it is necessary to know the following data: – installation location – configuration of the surrounding landscape or terrain roughness category – height of the light point – number, type, dimensions and weight of the floodlights to be mounted – arrangement of the floodlights (single front 180°; distributed around 360°)
