IMT 316 LSi
Wires and rods for semi-automatic welding and surfacing using a mixed gas shielding agent (MAG) and argon-arc (TIG). Designed primarily for welding low-carbon, acid-resistant, austenitic CrNiMo steels, as well as for welding Nb- or Ti-stabilized steels. Resistant to intergranular corrosion and corrosion in liquid media (in dilute acids) up to 400°C, they enable the production of austenitic- ferritic and austenitic welds .

IMT 307 Si
Wires and rods for semi-automatic welding and surfacing using a mixed gas shielding agent (MAG) and argon-arc (TIG). This produces an austenitic -ferritic weld metal with high resistance to hot cracking. It is primarily intended for joining dissimilar stainless steels, e.g., with unalloyed (low- and high-carbon), low-alloy steels, or for joining ferritic, ferritic -martensitic, ferritic-austenitic, tool, spring, high-manganese (13-14% Mn) steels – abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant, etc. Also used for buffer layers prior to hard-alloy surfacing.

IMT CrMo1Si
Copper-plated electrode wire with Cr = 1.25% and Mo = 0.5% for semi-automatic welding using C1 (CO2) or M21 (Ar + CO2) shielding gases. The wire's metallurgical properties ensure high-quality welds and reliable wire feeding in mechanized welding. Welded joints can operate at temperatures up to 500°C. IMT CrMo1Si is designed for welding low-alloy, creep-resistant steels and for welding high-pressure boilers and pipelines.

IMT G2Ni2
Copper-plated electrode wire with a 2.50% Ni content for semi-automatic welding using C1 (CO2) or M21 (Ar + CO2) shielding gases. The wire's metallurgical properties ensure high-quality welds and reliable wire feeding in mechanized welding. IMT G2Ni2 is designed for single- and multi-pass joints of frost-resistant steel with impact strength down to -60°C.

IMT AlMg4.5MnZr
Aluminum wires and rods for semi-automatic MIG and TIG welding using argon, helium, or Ar + H1 gas shielding. These wires contain approximately 5% Mg, a high Mn content, and a micro-alloy of Zr. Designed for welding AlMg and AlMgSi alloys, the weld metal is characterized by high strength, resistance to hot cracking, and high resistance to seawater.

IMT AlSi5
Aluminum wires and rods containing 5% Mg for semi-automatic MIG and TIG welding using argon, helium, or Ar + H1 gas. Designed for welding AlMg and AlMgSi alloys. The weld metal is seawater-resistant. After anodizing, it produces a color similar to the parent material.

TAL 3000
TAL 3000 is an agglomerated flux with high basicity and low phosphorus and sulfur content. This flux can be welded with AC and DC current. The low oxygen content in the weld ensures excellent mechanical properties. Thanks to the flux's neutral chemical reactions, the chemical composition of the welded metal is fully controlled by the appropriate selection of welding wire.

TAL 800
TAL 800 is an acidic, agglomerated flux designed for welding carbon-manganese steels with a yield strength of Re < 355 MPa. In combination with the following wires: S1, S2, S2Si, S2Mo, S2CrMo1, and S2CrMo2, TAL 800 is excellent for welding at high speeds up to 2 m/min. It provides a smooth weld appearance and excellent slag removal. The flux's chemical composition provides high crack resistance.

IMT 6
Copper-plated electrode wire with a 0.50% Mo content. The wire's metallurgical properties ensure high-quality welds and reliable wire feeding. Welded joints can operate at temperatures up to 500°C. IMT 6 is designed for welding structural, boiler, shipbuilding, and general-purpose, high-strength C-Mn low-alloy steels. Used in power generation equipment such as boilers and boiler tubes operating under high pressure.

IMT R811
A seamless, copper-plated, rutile-cored flux-cored wire designed for single- or multi-pass welding. Innovative production technology ensures low hydrogen content (HD < 5 ml / 100 g), ensuring excellent mechanical properties at temperatures as low as -60°C. IMT R811 wire is used in offshore construction, shipbuilding, and steel fabrication.

IMT M CORTEN
Seamless, copper-plated, metal-core flux-cored wire designed for single- or multi-pass welding. Innovative production technology ensures low hydrogen content (HD < 5 ml / 100 g), ensuring excellent mechanical properties at temperatures as low as -40°C. IMT M CORTEN wire is used for welding Corten-type steels resistant to atmospheric corrosion.
