eXpert 5000 Modular Testing Machine
The eXpert 5000 series testing machines feature modular single and dual column frame components, base plates and detachable actuators. This set up provides the ability to configure your system in a variety of vertical or horizontal orientations for a wide range of applications requiring flexibility and precise control. These systems are perfect for cost conscious users wanting to perform a variety of tests on a single machine. eXpert 2600
The eXpert 2600 series universal testing machines are available in table top or floor standing standard configurations from 2kN to 600kN. These systems tackle the toughest tests with their superior axial alignment, stiffness, and crosshead guidance. A simple design allows for lower cost, faster delivery, and years of maintenance free operation. All eXpert systems are capable of performing reliable and repeatable tension, compression, peel, and flexure tests. ADMET offers a full line of grips, fixtures, load cells, extensometers as well as heating and cooling for our systems. As our material testing machines are engineered and built right here in Norwood Massachusetts, our team can provide engineered to order products including higher force capacity, extended stroke, increased distance between columns and more. eXpert 1900 High Force Fatigue Testing Machine
ifecycle testing of robust components and assemblies is crucial for many manufacturers, especially in the automobile and aerospace industries. ADMET’s eXpert 1900 series servohydraulic fatigue testing machines allow these manufacturers to better understand and quantify the fatigue life (also called endurance life) for their materials, parts, or assemblies. Designed for testing rigid materials like metals, composites, and plastics, an eXpert 1900 testing system with a DC1x or MTESTQuattro controller can help engineers and testing technicians generate r-N or S-N curves. These curves plot the number of cycles until failure for a particular part based on a range of strain amplitudes (r-N curve) or stress amplitudes (S-N curve).
eXpert 5952F Foam Testing System
ADMET’s eXpert 5952F testing system is designed to perform tensile and compression tests at both standard and fatigue rates of speed. The eXpert 5952F is from the eXpert 5000 modular system series but has been configured specifically for foam, furniture, seating, and cushion testing. Our goal was to design one system that can perform as many foam tests as possible including: ASTM D3574 tensile strength, elongation, tear, indentation force deflection (IFD), compression force deflection (CFD), hysteresis, constant force pounding (CFP), recovery time tests (up to 600″ per minute). It will also perform all similar ISO 2439 tests. MTESTQuattro software comes pre-loaded with all of these tests and users have full control to create their own.
eXpert 5900 for Dynamic Orthopedic Testing
Orthopedic implants are subject to rigorous endurance tests to ensure that they exceed specified life requirements. ADMET offers the eXpert 1900 servohydraulic and eXpert 5900 electromechanical dynamic testers capable of performing multi-million-cycle tests at ASTM and ISO specified frequencies. ADMET also offers fixtures and fluid baths which enable you to test a full range of implants under various environmental conditions.
eXpert 8600 for ASTM F543 Testing
The eXpert 8600 equipped with the MTESTQuattro controller can be specially configured to test metallic medical bone screws according to ASTM F543.
