The CeraTek TA4-GL/1 Heat Sealer is a 4-Zone gradient hot bar laboratory heat sealer with 4 sealing zones that run along the length of the upper and lower jaws. This model features four 3” x 1” temperature zones along the length of the upper heated jaw and four 3” x 1” temperature zones along the length of the lower heated jaw. There are 4 inches between each zone to minimize the effects of heat transfer from the adjacent zones. The temperature of each of the eight zones is independently set via its own separate controller.

24″ CeraTek Heat Sealer Model features eight temperature zones along the length of the upper heated jaw (each of the eight zones is independently controlled via eight separate temperature controllers). Each zone is 2 7/8” x 1” and there is 1/8” between each zone to minimize the effects of heat transfer from adjacent zones

The heated platen allows for testing at elevated temperatures. Ideal for plastic film testing. Its small bench top design makes the FP-2260 light weight allowing it to be used in a laboratory or setup out on the production floor for offline testing as needed. Temperature range from: 21C to 204.4 C(70F to 400F) Plastic film, adhesives, labels and packaging materials are ideally tested with the FP-2260 heated platen option.

his Coefficient of Friction Tester (COF) / Peel Tester can measure the static and kinetic coefficient of friction as well as run seal strength tests, 180° peel, 90° peel, and T-peel tests. The FP-2260 also offers a tensile test mode to perform lightweight tensile tests up to 10 kg (22 lbs). Its small benchtop design makes the FP-2260 lightweight allowing it to be used in a laboratory or set up out on the production floor for offline testing as needed.
