Oliver Valvetek manufactures a range of 0.38″ [10mm] bore to 0.75″ [20mm] nominal bore 2 way, 3 way or 4 way Trunnion Ball valves. This provides the user with a soft seating quarter-turn isolation/diversion or 180 degree turn diversion valve solution for many different applications. The small-bore subsea ball valves are qualified at different pressure ratings up to 15,000 psi [1,038bar] and an operating temperature of 0F[-18C] to +250F[+121C]. All our trunnion ball valve range are suitable for water depths to 10,000ft [3,050m]. Oliver Valvetek qualify its range of ball valves to API 6A Appendix F PR2 and 17D 2nd Ed, all supported by Third Party Independent review and endorsement. The inline flow path of ball valves minimises flow losses, important on extended hydraulic control lines. They are commonly used to isolate hydraulic and chemical fluids associated with subsea oil and gas production systems. Dependant on the valve design, our ball valves can be offered with either single stem or duel stem sealing capability and with either metal gasket or elastomeric end connector sealing. All the Trunnion ball valves typically have low operational torques but high torques to damage. Our small bore ball valve range can be supplied with low torque ISO 13628-8 Figure 13 receptacles but can be matched with your specific ROV receptacle requirements and designs.
