API 623 | BS 1873 Design for Petroleum Refinery and Heavy-Duty Applications Valvosider’s Globe Valves ‘Y’ Type are designed for critical throttling and isolation in heavy-duty services, offering reduced pressure drop thanks to the Y-pattern body. Their heavy-wall construction ensures reliability under high pressure and temperature conditions typical of petroleum refineries and industrial plants. Available in ASME Classes 150, 300, 600, 900, and 1500, in sizes from 2” to 16” (12” for Classes 900 and 1500).
