Our new EV40 smart valve offers an advanced, smartphone-controlled solution for hydraulic elevator systems. By integrating cutting-edge VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) technology, the EV40 can reduce energy consumption by up to 65%. Additionally, the motor-pump control decreases oil heating by up to 50%, extending the system’s lifespan and minimizing the need for energy-intensive oil coolers. The EV40 system seamlessly integrates with Yaskawa’s L1000H or GA700 VVVF drive for upward travel, while the EV40 valve itself manages downward travel, providing a cost-effective and energy-efficient solution. Upgrading to the EV40 is a simple process. A non-Blain valve can be easily replaced with a Blain EV40. If the existing valve is a Blain EV100, it can be upgraded to an EV40 in less than 10 minutes using a retrofit kit, without the need to replace the existing lift controller.
