The ECOPLAN shaft system from Finger-Beton is our further development of the standard shaft system according to DIN EN 1917 and DIN 4034-1. With this, we offer a holistic, perfected complete solution for a shaft structure. The shaft components of the ECOPLAN shaft system feature a factory-integrated seal in the socket. A concrete centering strip is molded around the entire circumference of the horizontal outer bearing surface. This strip is of central importance, as it ensures a secure and precise load transfer between the individual shaft components, preventing permissible stresses in its area from being exceeded. The exceptionally high dimensional accuracy of the elements is achieved through our modern manufacturing process: the socket, tip, and concrete centering strip all harden within the cast steel socket. ECOPLAN shaft elements are installed using dry construction methods. The seal is already integrated at the factory. This eliminates both the time-consuming installation of a separate sliding ring seal and the need for a mortar bed. The concrete centering strip ensures even, non-rebounding load transfer.
