Begni Group distributes Cobra-branded grade 80 steel accessories and slings: top-quality products with built-in digital chips. Begni Group distributes top-of-the-line grade 80 steel accessories. ■ High strength alloy steel accessories in grade 80 (tensile strength of 1000 N/mm2). ■ Test run at 2.5 times WLL. ■ 20,000 cycle fatigue test at 1.5 times WLL. ■ Accessories finishing: powder coating. ■ Safety factor 4:1. Begni Group assembles slings with chain and accessories in grade 80 steel, in the diameter range from 6 mm to 22 mm. ■ Slings made with chain and accessories in grade 80 alloy steel (tensile strength of 800 N/mm2). ■ Each component is proof load tested to 2.5 times the WLL with certification for each harness. ■ Each component is capable of resisting fatigue up to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL. ■ Each component is marked with the batch number which links it to the test certificate with complete traceability of the raw material used. ■ Components compliant with EN818 and EN1677 standards. ■ Slings assembled in compliance with EN818-4, with certification issued for each sling. Tech for Safety Option to apply an NFC-RFID microchip (Tech for Safety). Microchip for digital product management (accessible documentation, traceability, pre-use checks, quarterly inspections).
