FLUITEK ORSENIGO VALVES has applied its extended experience in high pressure applications of gate valves to a line of small size (1/2” to 2”) forged construction specially designed gate valves. Standard of reference is API 602 / ISO 15761 and/or EN 12516. Materials are either the traditional ASTM/ASME materials, harmonized EN materials or special non-harmonized materials (ranging as usual from carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel, low alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic stainless steel, nickel alloys). Pressure classes are normally on the high range side (900#, 1500#, 2500#, 4500#). Construction is either with bolted bonnet, seal welded bonnet, full penetration welded bonnet, pressure seal bonnet (as below sketched). Dimensions are per specific design, depending on customer specifications. Compliance with AD2000 requirements is available.
