The reinforced concrete polymer liner pipe consists of an outer, load-bearing reinforced concrete layer according to DIN EN 1916 in conjunction with DIN V 1201 and securely encloses an inner, continuous and corrosion-resistant polymer lining layer. The high-pressure cleaning-resistant polymer inner lining, with material properties according to DIN 8061, extends over the entire length of the pipe. The precisely lined pipe joints (socket and spigot end) offer excellent protection against accidental impacts and shocks. Due to their geometry, the connections offer absolute tightness, even under maximum angular tolerances and simultaneous shear loads. House adapter pipes enable a safe connection to the house. In addition, side connections can also be installed at the factory or on site using approved, commercially available installation fittings. Secure installation is ensured by a spacer strip attached to the base of the socket and ball-head transport anchors in the pipe wall. The high quality of ecoresist® pipes is ensured by a robot-controlled liner insertion system. Due to known shrinkage processes in the outer reinforced concrete layer, a positive fit is created between the polymer pipe and the surrounding reinforced concrete casing. Since there is no tensile bond between the polymer pipe and the reinforced concrete, thermal expansion due to temperature differences in the sewer atmosphere is possible. The seal between the socket and spigot linings is achieved using quality-controlled, pressed-in secondary seals.
