Medicoat AG supplies pure titanium powders for coating of medical components by atmospheric and vacuum thermal plasma spray processes. Quality standards We adjust the particle size distributions of the diverse powder products we supply and we remove any iron contaminations which sometimes remain in the powder from previous process steps. All our powder processes are certified according to the ISO 13485 quality standard. In this way we provide powders that are best suited for thermal plasma coating processes of medical components. In addition, we can also provide customized particle size distributions of titanium powders. Quality control Our methods and devices for powder characterization enable a continuous complete quality control of our products. Specific customer requirements can be translated in measurable powder properties and can thus be monitored for quality assurance.
