CALOWEST
Insulated sandwich duct composed of a Ventilwest-type inner tube, a 25 mm thick fiberglass intermediate insulation layer with a density of 18 kg/m³, and an outer sheath made of an aluminum and polyester composite. At PHONIWEST , this is a CALOWEST duct with micro-perforations in the inner tube, enhancing acoustic absorption through insulation.
WESTERFIX
The WESTERFIX duct is a lightweight, rigid metal duct constructed with external helical crimps. The WESTERFIX duct offers maximum cross-section for a minimum perimeter, resulting in a lighter weight compared to a rectangular duct—a crucial factor in any type of installation. The Spanish Building Technical Code (CTE), in its basic document HS3, considers sheet metal ducts manufactured according to the UNE 100.102:1988 standard acceptable for use in ventilation systems.
