Grounds
Our production portfolio includes grounds for sea-going vessels, which we produce, among others, according to DIN 81702. We also offer ground balusters in accordance to DIN 81703. Special constructions are, of course.
Ladders
Recurring products are the ladders according to DIN 83202 in mild and moderate version/execution. We finish the ladders according to your wishes, for example, also with a back side protection and wall brackets.
Manholes
For decades, we manufacture manholes already according to DIN 83402 in all forms and on request, we manufacture also special sizes. For quality and documentation assurance – for welding process 783 – bolt welding with short arc ignition and ceramic ring, we have written extra VWPs and sent it to Germanischen Lloyd for certification. We can supply not only steel manholes, but also from 1.4571 (V4A) or AlMg3 (aluminum).
Stairways
Our product portfolio includes stairs for the interior and exterior of ships, for example according to DIN 83215 or DIN 83216. We also supply special constructions according to your specifications.
Container Introduction
Since the 90’s we build and rebuild new container constructions. All our manufactured containers are customized products, certified according to the Germanischer Lloyd. Depending on what the customer wants, we find the optimal solution. Our containers are as much as possible built and delivered according to ISO 668 with CSC approval for international maritime transport. Upon request we provide our containers with Customs Certificates and Approvals. Special dimensions are of course no problem for us.
