The Roto-Jet® RO-FT API 610 pump was designed specifically for demanding low-flow, high-head services, and fully meets the requirements of API 610. The RO-FT between-bearing configuration provides a reliable, robust, and easy to maintain pump for the midstream and downstream refining, petrochemical, and chemical processing industries. The operating characteristics of the Roto-Jet® RO-FT API 610 pump are similar to a conventional centrifugal pump. Energy is added to the fluid via the rotor, and the stationary Pitot tube converts the fluid velocity energy into static pressure. In addition, the Roto-Jet® RO-FT API 610 pump is specifically designed to achieve a broad operating range. These attributes result in improved mechanical seal and bearing life to maximize Mean Time Between Failure, and decrease operational and maintenance costs, which make the Roto-Jet® the most cost effective choice for low-flow, high head process applications.

Termomeccanica Pompe CPP & CPPD pumps are wet pit, vertically suspended, single casing, with discharge through the column. The CPP model refers to single or multistage diffuser pumps (VS1), with radial or mixed flow impellers. The CPPD models refer to single stage volute pumps (VS2), with a single or double suction radial impeller. Designs in full compliance with API 610 are available on small and medium size standardized models. Larger sizes are custom-made, designed in compliance with international standards, including API 610. For large capacities, CPP pumps can also be supplied in dry pit solutions.

The Floway® VHP pump is API 610 current edition compliant, vertical close coupled, single or multistage turbine pump, with a fabricated discharge head, top mounted motor, and wet pit (VS1) or closed suction (VS6). The Floway® VHP can withstand higher pressures with premium efficiencies and low operating costs. The available low-NPSH impeller allows for a reduced barrel length. The pump bowl assembly is characterized as low energy per stage resulting in a broad flow range with excellent hydraulic stability. The “O” ring joints throughout pump eliminates leaking for higher pressure applications. A throttle bearing provides shaft support and allows for higher operating pressures.

The VD and VLD Gabbioneta Pumps® are vertical multistage, volute type, heavy-duty process pumps, available in double casing or wet pit configurations. The double suction first stage impeller permits this pump to meet low NPSH requirements, while the closed type impeller with front and rear wear rings and balancing holes minimizes the axial thrust. Labyrinths and deflectors at both bearing housing covers maximize protection against dirt. The pump shaft, available in one or two pieces, is fully machined to respect the more restrictive of the run-out API limits. Additional rigid coupling, to facilitate mechanical seal maintenance activities, and axial thrust tilting pad bearings for ultra high thrust operating conditions can also be included.

The AHPB has back to back impeller arrangement to minimise thrust loads, and to improve rotor dynamic performance on light SG applications. The design is available with bolted or shear ring end cover arrangements.

The AHP and AHP-DS range Gabbioneta Pumps® are heavy-duty process multistage horizontal, between bearings, volute type pumps, with axial split casing that allows easy internal inspection and maintenance, and single or double entry first stage impeller. An opposed impeller configuration allows minimal axial thrust.
