Mini Delta X
Mini DELTA X is the new portable constant flow sampler developed and built by TCR TECORA®. Thanks to work on adapting to specific new applications and technological redesign, the Research and Development division has introduced many features in the new Mini DELTA X version that make it an even more responsive working tool to the needs expressed by its customers. Mini DELTA X is a constant flow sampler and can work in a wide range, the flow can be adjusted from a minimum value of 50 cc/min (option – standard 1 l/min) to a maximum value of 20 l/min in the single sampling line version and up to 45 l/min in the dual line version (Mini DELTA X DUO). The Sampler can be set with flow and time or volume and flow (as the standards require). The Mini DELTA X DUO can simultaneously handle two single sampling lines with flow up to 20 l/min per single line. In case a higher flow rate is needed, the maximum flow rate of 40 l/min can be achieved using a single sampling line.

X-Collison
There are many aerosol generators in the market and TCR Tecora® decided to develop a stable, constant and reliable polydisperse aerosol generator suitable for many applications. X-Collison Nebulizer can generate aerosol from DOP, olive oil, polystyrene latex spheres or solid particles. The key of our system is a double chamber where is possible to generate up to 107 particles/cm3 on line 1 and on the second line the same of 107 particles/cm3 . X-Collison Nebulizer generates sub-micrometer aerosol and can atomize solutions or suspension. Therefore, one of the main advantages compare to the other’s aerosol generator it is a double collision Jet with different size range wide the same aerosol out put.

Humix
HUMIX and HUMIX DIL are last generation instruments developed by TCR TECORA to meet the most stringent norms of calibration and testing of gas analysis systems for emissions in atmosphere. The instruments “HUMIX series” integrates the best active technology for dilution of the gas span concentration for calibration, control and linearity of gas analyzers, sme, analyzers for monitoring network and multiple situations where necessary to generate a precise gas concentration with high dilution accuracy. The flow regulation of the dilution gas is managed by MFC-H, high accuracy mass flow controller, able to ensure the dilution in static mode i.e single point of calibration, or in dynamic mode, by automatic management of dilution ratios over the defined work cycle. HUMIX DIL can be equipped with a wet module to allow the generation of wet gas at the dilutor outlet for checking the reading channel related to the emissions water content, and the generation of gas from solution (for example: HCl, HF, NH3, CH2O, H2O2, Hg, HBr…).

Bravo Basic
Bravo Basic is the TCR Tecora Constant Flow Sampler. For more than 20 years “Bravo” has been synonym of secure, precise and entrusted sampler. Bravo Basic is the economic and practical version of the portable constant flow rate samplers that are suitable for dust and gas sampling either in stack or in ambient. It is equipped with an LCD type weekly based timer, allowing to turn the pump on and off. A digital thermometer shows the measured temperature of the gas at the dry gas meter. The sampled flow rate is set and read through two rotameters.

Echo HV EPA Micropollutants High Volume Sampler
ECHO HV EPA: Robust outdoor instrument with ISO 5167 Venturi gas meter for stable, all-weather use and low contamination sensitivity. The Venturi gas meter utilized adheres to ISO 5167 standards, ensuring precision and reliability in flow measurement. This particular gas meter offers numerous advantages over alternative systems. It exhibits long-term stability in measurements, is adaptable to various weather conditions, and demonstrates reduced susceptibility to contamination due to its self-cleaning profile. Furthermore, its design eliminates components sensitive to air contact, enhancing durability and accuracy.

EN 13284-1 Stationary Source Emissions – Sampling Train
EN 13284-1 Stationary source emissions — Determination of low range mass concentration of dust — Part 1: Manual gravimetric method is the “mother” of all standards related to isokinetism. It is strongly connected to EN 15259, Air quality – Measurement of stationary source emissions – Requirements for measurement sections and sites and for the measurement objective, plan and report and EN ISO 16911-1, Stationary source emissions – Manual and automatic determination of velocity and volume flow rate in ducts – Part 1: Manual reference method (ISO 16911-1:2013).

EN 14385 Stationary Source Emissions – Sampling Train
Join the reliability of our ISOKINETIC G4 with the lightness and easy of use of rotative probe and you get the perfect sampling train for Heavy Metals. EN14385 has given us the all the information needed to develop and manufacture the fully compliant system to the standard. Our customers, during the years, has suggested us some improvements in order for that the handling and transport are enhanced, simplifying the life of the testing engineers that everyday has to move all the equipments on site. Starting from the well established EN 13284-1 (total dust) sampling train we added the impingers set as required. The cooling bath is positioned in the rear part of the probe and fixed to it. The perfect coupling between filter holder and first impingers assure a leak-free connection, essential to get the desired result.

EN 1948-1 Stationary Source Emissions – Sampling Train
Since the introduction of EN 1948-1, TCR TECORA has been dedicated to the production of a sampling system that is fully compliant with all the parameters outlined in the EN standard. This commitment to EN 1948-1 has led to the development of a system that features the filter/condenser method, a well-known approach for short-term sampling. In adherence to EN 1948-1, TCR TECORA also produces a variant that has solid media positioned upstream of the condensation flask. To ensure the integrity of the sample, all materials utilized in the system are carefully chosen for their compatibility with the requirements specified in EN 1948-1. This includes the use of titanium for all probe components, a glass filter casing with a PTFE filter holder for the 47/50 mm membrane, a glass condenser, and a glass XAD-2 container.

Sampling Train (New Concept)
TCR TECORA® is proud to introduce the restyling of the well proven system for industrial emission particulate sampling. Years of experience with daily “in-the-field” test with customers feedback and continuous improvements by our R&D department, has results in a compact, light and robust sampling train.

Dioxins and Furans – Sampling Train
EPA method 23 Dioxins and Furans, respect all requirements of US EPA official document. The EPA method 23 is applicable to the determination of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDD’s) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDF’s) from stationary sources.
