SK1203 is a compressed air open circuit breathing apparatus with hood for escape, from all environments potentially dangerous because of the presence of fumes or lack of oxygen. It is designed to create a constant air flow of 15 minutes thanks to a 2 l300 bar cylinder which is directly connected to the valve/reducer that is provided with a gauge which continuously indicates the pressure inside the cylinder. EEBD SK are certified also as ATEX. ATEX is the voluntary certification that recognizes the device as suitable for use in potentially explosive environments. According to ATEX certification, which classifies the devices according to their characteristics and conditions of use, SK are non-electrical (in other words, analogue) devices that can be used on the surface (thus excluding mines or deep quarries,) in specific boundary conditions, that is, when the danger of a potential explosion is associated with the presence of gas or dust. Under such circumstances, SK are ATEX devices. FUGE is a Self Contained Breathing Apparatus designed for escape that in case of emergency supplies, on demand, an air flow for a minimum guaranteed time of 15 minutes with a 2 l/300 bar cylinder. It has great wearability and it’s totally hermetic. It is meant to be used by specialized operators in all environments where dangerous situations may occur due to fire fumes or lack of oxygen.

The Rescue hood is a constant flow hood, used in case of emergency to help people in need. It is extremely easy to use and can be worn by anybody regardless their face shape and size. The Rescue hood can be used with every SPASCIANI respirator connected to the second air outlet. The hood is rapidly and easily activated by connecting it to the second man air outlet, placing it on the casualty’s head, tightening the hood’s string. The kit is held in a fire-resistant bag that can be hung to the waist belt, owing to velcro loops. It includes Rescue hood and 1200 mm breathing hose. The Rescue hood has been tested and approved according to EN 137:2006 The mask TR 2002 BN The mask TR 2002 BN “Multi-Purpose” can be used either with a breathing apparatus or with a filter, as it automatically switches from negative to positive pressure settings. The full face mask is able to work both in negative and in positive pressure thanks to its special device, unique and patented, that recognizes automatically the system connected and pre-charges the mask valve when it is used with a positive pressure apparatus. The mask is composed by a panoramic visor with wide visibility and face blank with double revert seal. The TR 2002 BN can be used with breathing apparatus SPASCIANI with demand valve BN with bayonet quick connector according to DIN 58600. The mask can also be used with filters, e.g. like the SPASCIANI series 200, or negative pressure respiratory devices with standard screw connector (EN 148-1).

SPASCIANI escape hoods series H 900 CO P and H 900 ABEK CO P are designed to be used in case of fire (H 900 CO P) or in case of fire releasing toxic chemical substances (H 900 ABEK CO P). The hood is conceived simply as a disposable escape hood and grants protection only in case the concentration of oxygen in the surrounding environment is normal (17-21%). his innovative product yields the memory of the silicone to reduce its bulk to a minimum. The silicone of the facepiece makes the mask very comfortable and eases the leak tightness on the user’s face. All that minimizes donning time. The ABEK 15 filter gives a low breathing resistance and gives protection from a number of toxic gases for at least 15 minutes. The headband, soft and stable has two anchorage points. The halfmask has a perfect tightness on the face and the honeycomb design of the front of filter grants a low breathing resistance. SPASCIANI M 900 is a comfortable product and easy to use and don even with gloved hands. Its minimum size does not interfere with the escape pace. It is DPI and ATEX certified.

SPASCIANI escape hoods series H 900 ABEK 15 and H 900 ABEKP 15 are designed to be used for escape from industrial plants where accidents cause the sudden formation of toxic substances, such as organic and inorganic gases and vapours, sulphur dioxide, hydrochloric acid and other gases, ammonia and its derivatives and dusts, fumes and mists. The devices are suitable for a 15-minute escape and can only be used once. They are DPI and ATEX certified. They do not protect against carbon monoxide!

The series of filters with screw connection includes class P3 particle filters, class 2 gas filters and class 1 and 2 P3 combined filters, equipped with standardized threaded connection EN 148-1. The casing is in blue plastic with a diameter of 100 mm; its height varies according to the type (100, 200, 201, 202, 203) and a wide range of models is available, both specific for certain toxic and multipurpose or universal, to offer complete protection. Gas filters contain granular activated carbon which chemically and / or physically blocks contaminating gases and vapors. Gas filters can be combined with a particle filter, consisting of a pleated disc of class P3. Particle filters contain only a high efficiency class P3 pleated disc. The series of filters with screw connection can be used with: – ST 85 half masks – full face masks TR 82 and TR 2002 All particle filters are certified EN 143:2000/A1:2006, while the gas and combined filters are certified EN 14387:2004+A1:2008.
