BT Integra Pack
Package Tester for Burst Tests, Creep Tests, Creep-to-Failure Tests, and Leak Integrity Tests The BT Integra Pack does not only test leakages but also burst, creep, creep-to-failure tests of packages. The BT Integra Pack is a bench-top and high-resolution test instrument an user-friendly ease of operation. Electronic pressure and flow controls provide precise and repeatable test conditions, while automatic and high flow output allow testing of large porous packages. A bench-top, high-resolution (0.001 psig) test instrument A small footprint and user-friendly ease of operation Electronic pressure and flow controls provide precise and repeatable test conditions Automatic and high flow output allow testing of large porous packages Applications cover a range of flexible or rigid, porous and non-porous, open or sealed packages.

Inkometer - Ink Tack Tester
The Inkometer 1100 measures the apparent tack of printing ink under conditions closely approximating the dynamic conditions of the ink-distribution system of a printing press. The inkometer provides the highest accuracy and efficiency for research and development, quality control and process evaluation to verify, test and improve quality. The instrument measures the integrated forces involved in ink film splitting and the effects of roller speed, film thickness, temperature and solvent evaporation. The Inkometer 1100 consists of three rollers. The center roller is a temperature controlled brass roller. The bottom roller is an oscillating rubber composition distribution roller. The top roller is a rubber composition roller attached to the measuring system which measures tack. Rollers are available for testing standard and UV inks. The brass roller temperature is controlled by circulating a coolant mixture provided by a Constant Temperature Circulator (CTC).

Ink Rub Tester - Sutherland® methode
To determine the ink abrasion resistance and dirtiness characteristics on different supports (paper, cardboard, ceramic, etc.) The test consists in rubbing a sample against a defined weight (2 lb or 4 lb) at different speeds. After ending the test, the results will be visually observed. The equipment presents four different speeds : 21 cycles/minute. Half the speed of the old Ink Rub Testers. This speed facilitates the wet tests and tests under 5 cycles. 42 cycles/minute and 85 cycles/minute. Same speeds as in the old Ink Rub Testers. 106 cycles/minute. Fast speed. This new speed characteristics allow users to adequate the test process to their own products. The highest speed will reduce test times, necessary for some substrate types (plastics, UV varnishes, printed films, etc.). The equipment incorporates a touch panel, from which the test speed and cycles are controlled. Optionally, the equipment can be supplied with heating weights (2 lb and 4 lb) with a work temperature up to 200 ºC. This option is useful when needed a faster test process (for high resistance inks and varnishes).

PDT Droptest 700
The Lansmont Model PDT 700 was designed to accommodate very large products and packages such as returnable bulk containers, crated products, or palletized products weighing up to 700 Kg. The PDT 700 establishes the upper end of Lansmont’s comprehensive Precision Drop Testing product offerings. The PDT 700 utilizes a welded steel dropping carriage, guided by precision ground quad-track bearing assemblies on a structural steel guide beam. The drop platform is raised and lowered by an electric hoist and released via an air actuator. During the drop test stage, the drop platform is accelerated downward, thereby allowing the test item to free fall while the drop platform descends into slots below the impact surface. Rebound of the drop platform is prevented by a hydraulic damper and by noise absorbing elastomer strips at the bottom of the slots.

QR-3000 Quick Release Drop Tester
The QR-3000 Quick Release Drop Tester is designed to accommodate loads up to 3000 lbs (1361 kg). It is suitable for testing larger, bulkier items and is compatible with various drop test standards, including ISTA 3A, ASTM D4332, ISO 2248, and ISTA 2A.

Steinfurth Drop Cart Tester
The Steinfurth Drop Cart Tester is designed to support the Can Abuse Resistance Test, which involves repeated dropping of a specimen weight onto a beverage can. The device includes a can holder for optimal adjusted position during the test and a height-adjustable impact mechanism with a release button. The product page mentions compliance with ISO 2248, which specifies the vertical impact test by dropping for complete, filled transport packages.
