B Series Mechanical VRC
The B Series Box Lift vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC), from PFlow Industries is ideal for automatically moving boxes, totes, cartons, sacks, cases and individual parts, with ease and speed, to mezzanines or between floors and conveyor levels. Similar to a commercial dumbwaiter, and designed for quick and easy installation, PFlow’s B Series Box Lift’s sections are shipped pre-wired with quick-connect wiring. Unlike a commercial dumbwaiter, the B Series Box Lift's carriage, or platform, is lifted/lowered by dual roller chains connected to a mechanical motor/gear reducer. The motor/gear reducer is located in an easy-to-access location at the base of the unit so that maintenance can be performed quickly and easily, reducing downtime and saving time and money.
M Series Mechanical VRC
The M Series mechanical lifts from PFlow Industries safely and efficiently lift loads up to 10,000 lbs. The M Series mechanical lift can be designed to reach any number of floor levels. These versatile 2-post vertical reciprocating conveyors (VRCs) are ideal for high-speed and/or high-cycle automated systems. The M Series’ carriage has a standard size of 12′ wide by 10′ long and is lifted and lowered by heavy-duty roller chains. The 2-post M Series VRC is available in cantilever or straddle configurations.
D Series Hydraulic VRC
The 2-post D Series vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) from PFlow Industries lifts loads of up to 3,000 lbs and has an innovative design that ensures highly stable loading and unloading. D Series hydraulic VRCs are low-maintenance and are ideal for lifting a variety of loads, including pallet loads, to mezzanines and balconies. This hydraulic materials lift has a carriage size of up to 6’ wide by 6’ long, large enough for pallets, and a vertical rise of up to 15’. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor use, and can reach two levels.
F Series Mechanical VRC

21 Series Hydraulic VRC
A LEVEL CARRIAGE REGARDLESS OF LOAD PLACEMENT The 21 Series vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) from PFlow Industries is a 2-post hydraulic lift that can handle loads of up to 6,000 pounds. The overall lifting capacity is determined by the carriage size and added options that increase its overall weight. With a maximum carriage size of up to 12’ wide by 10’ long, the 21 Series VRC easily conveys a wide variety of materials, including materials on pallets. Available in cantilever or straddle configurations, the 21 Series VRC is lifted and lowered by chain over sprocket actuated by guide column-mounted hydraulic cylinders. A torsion bar links the two hydraulic cylinders to ensure both move at the same speed to equalize the load and ensure the carriage remains level at all times, regardless of load placement.
