TBP & Potstill distillation in one system
The i-Fischer® DIST D-2892/5236 CC / FISCHER® AUTODEST® The 800/860 AC combines two proven distillation methods in one fully automated system: atmospheric-vacuum-based TBP distillation (ASTM D2892) and pot still distillation of heavy residues (ASTM D5236). Both processes can be carried out independently of each other. For TBP applications, there are up to 40 automatic templates with integrated scales and volume recording. In the Potstill module, up to 12 fractions are also weighed automatically and removed at a controlled distillation rate. With a temperature range up to 575 °C AET and operating pressures up to 0.1 mmHg, the system delivers highly accurate, repeatable analysis results - ideal for applications in petrochemicals, research, testing laboratories or in the development of synthetic fuels. The entire system is CE-compliant, enclosed and ready for immediate use after installation. Every i-Fischer® DIST / AUTODEST®Combined system is tailored precisely to customer processes – flexible, precise, and reliable.

Heavy fractionation up to 575 °C AET
The i-Fischer® DIST D-5236 CC / FISCHER® AUTODEST® 860 AC is a computer-controlled pot still system for the fully automatic fractionation of crude oil residues, heavy fractions, and lubricating oil components according to ASTM D5236. Fractionation takes place in two vacuum stages with dynamic reduction down to 0.1 mmHg - without manual intervention. The integrated fraction collector with 12 heated plates records weight precisely in real time. The distillation rate is controlled automatically - either via temperature difference or distillation speed via integrated scales. With a final cut of up to 575 °C AET, the system provides high-resolution data for analyzing complex residue streams. The TBP or Potstill curve is then output. Applications can be found in petrochemistry, test laboratories and the development of synthetic fuels. Like every ILUDEST system, this system is precisely tailored to customer-specific requirements - safe, powerful and reliable.

Automated TBP distillation according to ASTM D2892
The i-Fischer® DIST D-2892 CC / FISCHER® AUTODEST® 800 AC is a turnkey, computer-controlled system for TBP distillations according to ASTM D2892. All process steps—from debutanization to vacuum distillation—are performed fully automatically. No manual operator intervention is required. With a separation column with approx. 15 theoretical separation stages and automatic fraction distribution to up to 40 feeders, the system enables precise analysis of crude oil or test mixtures at temperatures up to 420°C AET. The built-in fork light barrier records the volume, while the weighing system precisely measures the mass of each fraction in real time. The system meets the highest standards of safety, reproducibility, and data integrity—including output of the TBP curve in weight percent. Ideal for applications in petrochemicals, research, testing laboratories, or in the development of synthetic fuels. Like every ILUDEST system, this unit is configured precisely to customer requirements—as an individual solution for demanding analysis processes.

Precision in crude oil distillation according to ASTM D2892
The i-Fischer® Dist D-2892 MC – 10 ltr is an automatic distillation system in accordance with ASTM D2892 (TBP) for the precise fractionation of crude oils. Equipped with computer-aided control, the system automatically controls the entire distillation process – including fraction change and temperature monitoring. Fraction changes are carried out automatically using preset temperatures or at maximum volume. 12 templates allow the extraction of up to 48 fractions in four standard pressure stages. Changing the individual stages requires brief intervention by the operator. Optionally, the integrable data evaluation system enables the creation of TBP curves (wt%/vol%) after backweighing. High-quality materials such as borosilicate glass 3.3, stainless steel 316 L/Ti and PTFE ensure a long service life and maximum process reliability. The system is completely enclosed and complies with CE standards for maximum safety and ease of maintenance. Ideal for refineries, research and development worldwide.

Boiling point and distillation analysis according to ASTM D1160
The i-Fischer® Dist D-1160 CC is a fully automatic, computer-controlled system for boiling point and distillation analysis according to ASTM D1160. Designed for the analysis of petroleum products, vegetable oils, and blends, the system operates under both atmospheric pressure and vacuum—quickly, safely, and reliably. The intelligent software control system takes over the entire distillation process autonomously - from the initial boiling point to the end point. All relevant data such as temperature curves, distillation curves (ACT and AET) and process parameters are seamlessly recorded and documented. With a maximum temperature of 400°C (ACT) and a pressure range of 760…0.1 mmHg, the i-Fischer® Dist D-1160 CC meets the highest technical requirements. Robust design with safety enclosure and well-thought-out accessibility of all components combine maximum serviceability and operational reliability. Perfect solution for laboratories that value accuracy, quality, efficiency and reliability in distillation analysis.
