Elbows In Hatboru facilities, elbows with a diameter between Ø219mm and Ø3048mm, by 11°, 15°, 22°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles or any angle and diameter as per the project requirements are cut by automatic machinery and manufactured in compliance with TS EN 10224 standards. TEE TEEs with a diameter between Ø219mm and Ø3048mm equipped with welding ends or flanged by dimensions in line with customer requirements are manufactured in compliance with TS EN 10224 standards. Flanges Hatboru manufactures straight flanges between DN15 and DN600 in the pressure class of PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, and PN40 in compliance with TS EN 1092-1 and DIN standards. The following Table provides the dimensions of flanges between PN6 and PN25 in accordance with the TS EN 1092-1 standard. Spiral welded Pipes are formed by turning the steel band of the quality stipulated by the standards into the form of a spiral and joining the edges of the band with the inner and outer submerged arc welding method. Closed casing pipes are manufactured in 4-12mm wall thickness and Ø219-Ø1016 diameter range in accordance with TS EN 10219-1 and DIN 1626 standards.
