CSF – Lifting Bogie Platforms
The CSF is a lifting bogie platform which runs on rails. It allows the handling, removal and the assemble of railway bogies during maintenance. Standard lifting capacities: 2, 3, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 Ton. The upper pad has a central opening which allows the operators to partially work under the lifted railway carriage. Compliant with the UNI EN 1570-1 directive.
SCM – Railway Lifting Jacks
The SCM railway lifting jacks are often analyzed and personalized of specific client requirements. Our railways mobile lifting jacks are available in different standard models depending on the lifting capacity, starting from 5,5 Ton to 50 Ton. SCM series columns can be configured from 4 to 64 columns, with fixed or movable anvil. In conformity with MACHINE DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE and approved according to the European EN 1493.
SM – Four Post Lifts
Our SM Four Post Lifts are available with different lifting capacity: 16 Ton, 20 Ton, 25 Ton and 35 Ton. Compliant to the MACHINE DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE and the EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE EN 1493. The mechanical lifting system of our SM Four Post Lifts is composed of: An irreversible trapezoidal lifting screw and a main and safety nut. The motor reducer is directly coupled to the lifting screw without any additional components Absolute encoder directly coupled to the lifting screw.
MCL – Mobile Column Lifts
Our MCL Mobile Column Lifts are available with different lifting capacity, starting from: 5.5 Ton, 7.5 Ton, 8.5 Ton and 10 Ton. Compliant to the MACHINE DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE and the EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE EN 1493. Lifting system is composed of: Irreversible trapezoidal lifting screw and a main and safety nut.
