Polyethylene Chemical Ball Valves
OLYETHYLENE: Corrosion-free due to high-grade polymeric materials. There are no metal internal parts. RUGGED AND RELIABLE : Polyvalve Poly-Chem® valves are the strongest part of a polyethylene piping system. FUSED BODY SHELL: The fused body shell removes leak paths to the atmosphere. ENHANCED SEALING PERFORMACE: Multiple elastomeric stem seals provide improved sealing efficiency compared to a single seal. The additional seals create multiple barriers, reducing the chances of leakage and ensuring a tighter seal. DUAL ELASTOMERIC SEATS: The drop-tight shutoff from dual elastomeric seats creates a leak-tight seal. SMOOTH BORE: The smooth bore gives excellent flow characteristics in both full and standard port designs. VERSATILE SERVICE OPTIONS: Suitable for buried service or above ground service. BROAD TRIM SELECTION: Variety of available trim depending on specific applications. END CONFIGURATIONS AVAILABLE: Butt fusion end configuration is standard. Flanged end configurations are also available.
