Reinforced Arch Pipe
AmeriTex Pipe & Products manufactures arch reinforced pipe ranging from 13 Β½β x 22 β, or 18β round pipe equivalent to 27β x 44β, or 36β round pipe equivalent. Arch Pipe is produced with tongue and groove joints for packing with preformed mastic or butyl gaskets, or a rubber gasket joint. Arch pipe can be used in the same applications as round pipe when the jobsite restricts vertical clearance or in minimum cover conditions. Arch Reinforced Concrete Pipe can be used for the following: Storm Drains Highway culverts Railroad culverts Underground stormwater retention structures To replace existing open channels or ditches enabling more profitable use of land. Our Arch Pipe is manufactured to the following standards: ASTM C506/AASHTO M206 β Arch Reinforced Concrete Culvert, Storm Drain and Sewer Pipe

Reinforced Concrete Box
Our rigorous attention to detail and quality control are essential to ensuring we can supply any and all drainage or underground detention projects throughout the state of Texas. Our manufacturing capabilities range from 3β x 2β to 14β x 14β. In addition to the multitude of federal, state and local specifications, our boxes are also manufactured in accordance with the following ASTM and AASHTO specifications: ASTM C1433 β Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Sections for Culverts, Storm Drains and Sewers ASTM C1577 β Precast Reinforced Concrete Monolithic Box Sections for Culverts, Storm Drains and Sewers Designed According to AASHTO LRFD AASHTO M273 β Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Sections for Culverts, Storm Drains and Sewers with Less Than Two Feet of Cover Subjected to Highway Loadings AASHTO M259 β Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Sections for Culverts, Storm Drains and Sewers Reinforced Concrete Boxes are used on projects where wider and shallower drainage structures are needed and where round pipe cannot provide adequate flow capacities. Additionally, because of the flexibility of RCB design, precast box culverts can be used in place of cast-in-place box culverts and multi-barrel circular culverts, as well as for short span bridge replacement. Reinforced Box Culverts can also be used for the following: Highway culverts Railroad culverts Short-span highway bridges Storm drains Utility tunnels Underground storm water detention/retention systems Jacked or tunneled installations

Reinforced Concrete Pipe
With a design life of up to 100 years and the majority of the structural strength built into the pipe, reinforced concrete pipe is the most commonly used drainage pipe material. Round drainage pipe is the most readily available and cost efficient of the various shapes of reinforced concrete pipe. Reinforced concrete pipe is designed and manufactured for use as storm drainage pipe, as culverts, and for jacking and tunneling applications. Pipe joints can be manufactured as tongue and groove using pre-formed mastic strip sealants per ASTM C990, or as single offset joints utilizing a profile rubber gasket per ASTM C443. AmeriTex Pipe & Products manufactures round reinforced concrete pipe in diameters from 12β to 144β. We adhere to strict quality control standards that allow us to meet or exceed all federal, state and local standards, as well as the following ASTM and AASHTO specifications:
