Model TZV Series
TempFlow® Thermostatic Balancing Valve Save Time & Money—Easily Balance the Hot Water Recirculation System The TempFlow ® thermostatic balancing valve automatically maintains the temperature of the domestic hot water system. Install it after the last hot water device in each recirculating loop, and it will self-adjust to balance the recirculated flow and heat loss of each TempFlow-controlled zone.

Model STP7069-12S
Alpha® Thermostatic Mixing Valve ALPHA® Thermostatic Mixing Valves are installed at the point of use to temper water for sinks, baths, showers, and lavatories. These mixing valves are available in a 1/2” size for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications.

Model ST7069
Tempering Valve for Point-of-Use Fixtures The model ST7069, an ASSE 1070 and 1069 Certified Thermostatic Mixing Valve, is Lead-Free and ideal for delivering safe tempered water at the point-of-use fixture(s) such as sinks, baths, showers, or lavatories in residential, commercial, and institutional environments.

Model ST7017
Omega® Thermostatic Mixing Valve The OMEGA® Thermostatic Mixing Valve is intended for use in hot water distribution systems, as a hot water extender and/or to limit the distribution temperature supplied to fixtures. The Mixing Valves can be installed at the point of use to temper water for sinks, baths, showers, and lavatories. Omega’s dual listing also allows these to be used as a master mixing valve to provide better temperature control while also extending the amount hot water available. These are available in 1”, 1/2”, 3/4” sizes for use in commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial applications. Key Benefits

Model ST70 Series
Lead-Free Lavatory Mixing Valve With Integral Mounting Feet The model ST70 is an ASSE 1070-certified, lead-free thermostatic tempering valve that protects against dangerously hot water in any commercial sink or lavatory application.

Emergency Water Tempering Skid System
Acorn ConTrols® water tempering system provides usable tempered water immediately in an emergency, where time delays in receiving proper irrigation of hazardous material exposure can increase the severity of trauma and/or injury. Acorn ConTrols® offers tank and valve size options that are able to supply multiple showers, eye/face washes, and eyewashes simultaneously. All Acorn ConTrols® water tempering systems, when located in reasonable proximity to possible workplace exposure, provide an environment conducive to the quick and proper length of treatment, in accordance with ANSI Z358.1, Appendix B6.

Model ET71 Series
The ET71 Series thermostatic mixing valve blends hot and cold water to provide safe, tempered water for emergency eye wash equipment and safety showers. The tempered water valve is available in four sizes with flow rates from 12–150 GPM at 45 PSID, suitable for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications. Our patented cold water bypass ensures delivery to the safety device in the event of hot water failure. CSA certified per ASSE 1071, ANSI Z358.1, and applicable sections of CSA B125.3.

Model YRV03 Series
Series YRV03 Water Pressure Reducing Valves with integral “Y” Strainer are designed to regulate incoming potable water pressure to protect plumbing system components and reduce water consumption. The valve is suitable for supply pressures up to 400psi (27.6 bar), is factory set to 50 psi and may be adjusted from 10-75psi (69-517 kPa). Optionally available with factory preset pressure to suit customer requirements (must specify). All parts, including the strainer, are quickly and easily serviceable without removing the valve from the line. The Integral Bypass prevents excessive downstream pressure caused by thermal expansion. The YRV03 is designed to provide longevity with smooth, quiet operation under a wide range of inlet pressure and flow variations.

Model RV03B Series
RV03B Series Water Pressure Reducing Valves are designed to reduce incoming potable water pressure, protect plumbing system components, and reduce water consumption. The Valve is suitable for supply pressures up to 400 psi (27.6 bar), is factory set to 50 psi, and may be adjusted from 10 to 75 psi (69 to 517 kPa). Optionally available with factory preset pressure to suit customer requirements (must specify).

Model SV16
Ligature-Resistant Temperature/Pressure Balancing Shower Valve The model SV16 ASSE 1016 (Rev. 2011) Certified Temperature/Pressure (T/P) compensating Shower Valve meets the requirements of any shower or tub/shower application where uncompromised bather safety and comfort are required.

Model DIV-LVR
Acorn ConTrols® can provide an assortment of optional accessories along with the SV16 shower valve and other shower valves. This diverter valve with a lever switches the flow from the showerhead to the handheld shower. The trim matches the SV16-LVR shower mixing valve.

Model SFMMV Series
The model SFMMV Series Multi-Valve Supply Fixtures can be accurately referred to as a High/Low Multi-Valve fixture, compliant with the temperature control requirements of ASSE 1017 at flow rates well below the ASSE standard tested flow rate.

Model MV17 Series
Placed directly at the water heater, master mixing valves thermostatically combine hot and cold water to achieve the appropriate temperature for the hot water distribution system. In order to protect against Legionella bacteria growth in the tank, the MV17 master mixing valve stores water at 140°F or higher before delivering it to the distribution system at approximately 120°F. Tempering valves then provide a final adjustment at the point of use to ensure the water is delivered at the desired temperature.

Single Lever Handle Temp/Pressure Balancing Shower Valve
The model SV16-LVR ASSE 1016 (Rev. 2011) Certified Temperature/Pressure (T/P) compensating Shower Valve meets the requirements of any shower or tub/shower application where uncompromised bather safety and comfort are required.
