Depending on the model of choice, these lifts usually consist of two or three InGround hydraulic lifting pistons installed in a modular or continuous trench in a direct line with one other and are consistent with a vehicle’s central axis. Each piston is driven by a high-pressure cylinder enclosed within the pistons structure and is equipped to safely engage a vehicle’s lifting points. Depending on the model the front and center lifting pistons are capable of moving along the same axis to create the appropriate space needed for any vehicle to be situated onto its lifting points. The pistons move using a twin chain, pneumatically driven Z-drive. The rear lifting cylinder is fixed and non-movable with a retractable saddle or adapter. PKS Mid-Rise Air Hydraulic mobile lifts come in a two-column configuration with a 28” rise. These models are available in 24,000, 36,000 and 48,000 lb. total capacities and require a min of 90 PSI working air pressure. This PKS Mid-Rise series is manually operated and hydraulically equalized but can be fitted with optional pneumatic controls. Eight mechanical lock positions with single point lock release. Adjustable forks for tires ranging from 22” to 48” diameters. Air hydraulic lifting with one 4 HP air/hydraulic vane style pump. Large spring-loaded wheel casters for easy mobility on all surfaces. Includes standard bumper lifting adapter and adjustable forks. Can be ordered with forklift truck lifting ramps and adapters. Available with optional wider and/or longer forks.

PKS offers 4-Post lifts that are a safe and cost-effective solution for routine maintenance of your entire fleet. While available in a wide range of lifting capacities ranging from 15,000 lb. to 125,000 lb. for our standard ALI Gold Certified models, these lifts can be customized to lift capacities of up to 260,000 lb. PKS 4-Post Lifts come with optional “wheels-free” bridge jacks used to raise vehicle’s tires off the platform for quick wheel, brake and axle service. MEDIUM DUTY 4-POST LIFTS PKS offers Medium Duty 4-post lifts in 15,000 lb. and 18,000 lb. capacities suitable for all passenger cars and trucks, commercial vans and other light vehicles. Our PK15-4 and PK18-4 are available as general service flat decks or as alignment ready 4 post lifts that can be customized with runway lengths and various accessories to ensure you get the most out of your PKS lift. Manually controlled and hydraulically equalized. One hydraulic cylinder and four heavy gauge pulling cables. Constructed of maintenance free Structural Steel. Solid steel pulleys with sealed steel roller bearings. Safety locking legs on each post. One 2HP motor available in a range of voltages to suit your needs. Wide flange beam runways made with diamond plate, including front wheel stops. Gradually angled approach ramps made with diamond plate. Optional Open Front Design for cross-beam free construction.
