PPR Pipes are manufactured from Polypropylene Random Copolymer material, which has a low melt flow index, high molecular weight, and high flexibility. They can be used in hot and cold water systems and are developed as an alternative to galvanized pipes with a high weldability. They are produced in diameters ranging from Ø20-125 mm.

Sewer pipes are produced from polypropylene and polyethylene raw materials within the polyolefin group. Extruded corrugated pipes up to Ø450 mm in diameter can be made from polyethylene and polypropylene raw materials, while spiral corrugated pipes are made from polyethylene. Spiral method is used for pipes with diameters of Ø500 mm and above. Dizayn Group has the technology to produce Helical pipes up to 8,000 mm in diameter.

Frigolene Sterile Pipe is a product group consisting of upper segment anti-microbial PP-RC pipes and fittings, developed to keep drinking and utility waters microbiologically clean. This innovative product eliminates bacteria, mold, fungi, and other microbial organisms by 99.9%, making the water healthy without altering its taste, odor, or color. Frigolene Sterile Pipe prevents the formation of biofilm on the inner surfaces of pipes, ensuring maximum hygiene in drinking water plumbing. Its lightweight structure, easy installation capability, and high pressure resistance make it a user-friendly and environmentally friendly solution. It offers a wide range of uses with an ideal operating temperature range from 4°C to 95°C.

ElitePipe has been developed as a result of 7 years of R&D work by our Mir R&D Company. We have created a new and unique hybrid product by optimizing the welding ability of PPR, the high temperature performance, and the elasticity of PERT.
