The mobile antival safeguard can be attached directly to a harness with a carabiner. The steel cable is more resistant to damage than the webbing versions. The external absorber prevents shockloading the anchorpoint and delivers a soft catch. ELLERsafe XP31 Pulley The XP31 is a lightweight pulley with swivelling aluminium side plates. The sheave has a 26mm diameter and fits ropes up to 13mm.The bottom of the side plates are squared off to mind a prussik, ideal to create a lightweight haul or rescue system. With a weight of only 94grams, it has as minimum breaking strength of 36kN, 18kN on either side. The tapered side plates fit well in any kind of carabiner wit an opening of 14x19mm. EN12278

ELLERsafe XD100 descender Manual descender with markings for easy installation The ELLERsafe XD100 descent device is a manually operated descent device equipped with clear markings for easy installation and a comfortable handle for better grip and control during descents. A key feature is the ability to open the device without removing it, reducing the risk of loss. it can handle a maximum working load of 2kN and is suitable for ropes with diameters between 9mm and 12mm. The ELLERsafe XD100 descent device weighs 340g and complies with EN12841-C and EN341 standards.

ELLERsafe XA100 ascender Ergonomic hand clamp in left- and right-handed versions The ELLERsafe XA100 ascender has ergonomically designed handle for comfort and grip during use. This ascender has a Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 4kN and is suitable for ropes ranging from 9mm to 12mm in diameter. Weighing 250g, it is portable and convenient to use. The ascender is equipped with two attachment eyelets for attaching a foot loop and lanyard. Combine the ELLERsafe XA100 ascender with one of the ELLERsafe foot loops, such as the XA110 foot loop with cord or the XA120 foot loop with strap. The ELLERsafe XA100 ascender complies with EN567 and EN12841-B standards.

The ELLERsafe XD200 is a very compact descender for ropes 9-13mm. Not meant for extended drops but as a device that is easy to have around for rope transfers, hauling, rescues and working with technical lines. The combination of aluminum and stainless steel provides excellent strength with a low weight. Leaving out the larger cam and handle saves on weight and size. This descender is smaller than a standard oval carabiner. Loading the rope is easy with a sliding sideplate that opens with the press of a button, not ever leaving the connector preventing loss. The handle has an anti-panic funtion, that can be overruled by forcing the handle all the way through. The handles also has an option for a 4mm pull cord. Stainless steel reinforced sideplate to prevent wear when running the rope over the side when lowering. The open lower side prevents build up of dust, ice and debris. ELLERsafe RS105 semi-static line – 10.5mm Polyamide semi-static kernmantel rope with a breaking strength of 29.5kN The ELLERsafe RS105 semi-static line, with a diameter of 10.5mm, is a polyamide kernmantel rope that comes on a spool. With a Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 29.5kN, it offers high strength where even after knotting, the MBS remains above 12kN. It has a sheath shift of 0%, meaning the outer layer remains stable. Weighing 73g per metre, it is relatively lightweight. The ELLERsafe RS105 semi-static line complies with the EN 1891 type A and UIAA standard. This line can be used in rope access work and working at height as a working, anchor and back-up line. ELLERsafe RS080 accessory cord – 8mm Polyamide kernmantel rope accessory cord with a variety of applications The ELLERsafe RS080 accessory cord, with a thickness of 8mm, has a maximum workload limit of 13.1kN and is made of polyamide kernmantel rope. It comes on a spool, making it easy to unroll. The cord is finished in black, making it ideal for use in entertainment and other situations where its use should not stand out. The ELLERsafe RS080 accessory cord complies with the EN564 standard. Available on a chuck of 100m.

ELLERsafe throwline ELLERsafe throwing line for pulling a working line through hard-to-reach places such as trees or industrial complexes. Made of Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene with an exceptionally high breaking strength and a low weight, which makes the small diameter of 2mm possible. The 60-meter spool is sufficient for most applications. The orange color makes the line highly visible, even at greater distances and in trees.

ELLERsafe AR120 anchor line – 12mm Anchor line made of 12mm polyamide kernmantel rope with sewn terminations and plastic protective sleeves. With a Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 23kN, this anchor line offers safety under heavy loads. The ELLERsafe AR120 anchor line complies with EN1891 type A standards, which set specific technical and safety requirements for anchor lines for work positioning and fall protection. In conjunction with the ELLERsafe XG300 mobile fall arrester, this line is well suited for vertical movement along ladders, for example, or as a back-up in rope access work. By using sewn terminations and protective covers, this line is easy to install and does not reduce breaking strength by using knots. Available in lengths: 10m to 50m.

ELLERsafe horizontal Anchorline AW800-20 The anchorline is made of 35 mm polyester webbing equipped with a steel ratchet tensioner that allows easy tensioning of the lifeline between two anchorpoints. Both the ends are provided with strong steel twist lock carabiners. Once installed the extra webbing can be stored in the attached shoulder bag to prevent tripping hazards. With a minimum of 5 and a maximum total length of 20m the anchor line provides a large area of movement. Combining this with an adjustable lanyard you create a very flexible system. The anchor line is tested for a maximum of 2 users with a weight of 140kg including gear. The webbing had 2 aluminum rings pre-installed for easy connections and to prevent damage to the webbing. The AW800 is a perfect match with the AB800 container anchorpoints. Elevating the anchor line above the floor and providing a higher clearance for a potential fall. We do advise to use a retractable fall arrester CR030.

ELLERsafe XH100 helmet Lightweight and comfortable helmet for working at height The ELLERsafe XH100 helmet is a technical industrial helmet that is comfortable and lightweight. It has 17 ventilation openings, each finished with stainless steel mesh, which ensures optimal air circulation. The inner lining is made of durable materials such as EPP and EPS, and the lining is removable and washable for long-lasting comfort. The helmet has an adjustable chin strap and offers side attachment for the ELLERsafe XH110 visor (not included) and has attachment clips for elastic band head lamps, among others. Standard mounting slots allow the attachment of hearing protectors and visors. This helmet complies with standards EN12492 for working at height, and is suitable for head circumferences between 56cm and 62cm.

ELLERsafe H280 PRO positioning harness Harness with fall protection, positioning and descent points The ELLERsafe H280 PRO positioning harness includes two fall protection attachment points: two textile loops on the chest and one aluminium D-ring on the back. It also features two aluminium D-rings on the sides for positioning and 2 textile attachment points on the abdomen for descent. ELLERsafe H210 PRO harness Universal size harness with two integrated fall protection points and two equipment loops for tools The ELLERsafe H210 PRO harness has two dedicated attachment points for fall protection: an aluminium ring sternal and an aluminium D-ring dorsal, ensuring a solid and safe anchorage. The four steel adjustable buckles, along with three automatic steel buckles on the leg loops and chest, provide the harness with an accurate fit and easy adjustments.
