The valve meets the requirements of the ATEX 2014/34/EU directive and is manufactured in accordance with the following standards: PN EN 1127 1:2011 (EN 1127 1:2011), PN-EN ISO 80079-36:2016-07 and PN EN ISO 80079-37: 2016-07.

Bottom Check Valves ZSP-01
ZSP-1 valves are bottom check valves with a suction basket of industrial design, made entirely of 316L acid-resistant steel. They are produced in diameters DN50, DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200, DN250 and DN300 and are intended for installation on the suction pipeline in a vertical position. They prevent the product from flowing back into the tank and aerating the pipeline, and when installed in above-ground tanks, they also serve as an anti-outflow valve. They are made entirely of acid-resistant steel and do not have any elements that require periodic replacement, and are characterized by high tightness and reliability. They have been designed in such a way that suction occurs with a flat surface located at the bottom of the device. This allows you to minimize the dead state of the tank. The valve suction is protected by a mesh, which ensures that impurities are not sucked out of the tank and prevents elements from entering the valve. It has replaceable springs. As standard, it is delivered with the weakest one, which ensures low flow resistance and low force needed to open the valve. For applications where the suction pump is below the installation height of the suction basket and automatic outflow of the product may occur due to the difference in levels, a stronger spring is used, which prevents the automatic outflow of liquid from the pipeline and eliminates the need to use additional anti-flow valves in the installation.

Overfill Prevention Valves ZPP-2 & ZPP-2S
ZPP-2 and ZPP-2S are intended for underground and above-ground storage tanks for liquid substances. The valves are designed to automatically limit the flow of liquid during fuel delivery when it reaches the alarm level in the storage tank. They come in sizes 2", 3", 4" and 6". They are intended for gravity and pressure drainage, and their design limits the liquid flow to 95% at maximum closure. The remaining throughput of 5% allows the excess product contained in the tanker hose to be drained after turning off the main valve in the tanker. ZPP-2 are designed to work with non-aggressive media, in particular fuels. ZPP-2S version, made entirely of 316L acid-resistant steel, so it can work with all media, in particular biofuels, aviation fuels, alcohols, aggressive and food media. Thanks to its full construction of 316L acid-resistant steel, ZPP-2S does not require a hygienic certificate when used with food media.

Overfill Prevention Valves ZPP-1
ZPP-1 are valves intended for underground storage tanks of gas stations and are designed to automatically interrupt the gravity supply of fuel when it reaches the alarm level in the storage tank. They are dedicated to installation on a DN100 drain pipe and are adapted for installation from the outside of the tank. The service does not require opening the lid, which significantly facilitates regular service. The valve body is made of aluminum and the float is made of a special fuel-resistant composite. As standard, they are equipped with a 110mm long mounting flange, but other lengths (160 and 240mm) are optionally available. ZPP-1 used by leading Polish manufacturers as factory equipment for fuel tanks.

Breather Valves SFA
SFA is a series of breathing valves with a three-way design, dedicated to specialized applications and installations operating in closed vapor circulation. Unlike EFA and RFA, SFA valves have separated overpressure and underpressure discs, which allows for an individually selected ratio of the inhalation and exhalation operating parameters to each other and the use of a closed circuit (e.g. discharge of vapors into the pipeline). Their main tasks are to automatically regulate the pressure inside the tanks and prevent spontaneous emission of vapors into the atmosphere. They are class II 1 G c T6 devices, therefore they can be used in any explosion hazard zone. Proportional operating characteristics, no pressure drop below the setting throughout the entire operating range, high tightness and the same valve closing and opening pressure are a number of features that make them suitable for use with demanding installations, including nitrided and metered installations. The design of SFA valves is based on high-performance industrial solutions, thanks to which they are characterized by high throughput, high tightness and failure-free operation.

Breather Valves RFA
RFA is a series of breathing valves without a flame arrester, available in sizes from DN50 to DN300 and dedicated to installations requiring high inhalation capacity. They have discs integrated into one unit, as in the case of EFA, but their disc proportions have been reversed to obtain the highest possible vacuum throughput parameter. Their main tasks are to automatically regulate the pressure inside the tanks and prevent spontaneous emission of vapors into the atmosphere. They are class II 1 G c T6 devices, therefore they can be used in any explosion hazard zone. They have discs integrated into one unit, thanks to which they have compact dimensions and low weight.

Breather Valves EFA
EFA valves are the most popular model in the offer of valves without a flame arrester. They come in sizes from DN50 to DN300. This is a modern design dedicated to storage and process tanks requiring balanced aeration and venting parameters. Proportional operating characteristics, no pressure drop below the setting throughout the entire operating range, high tightness and the same valve closing and opening pressure are a number of features that make them suitable for use with demanding installations, including nitrided and metered installations.

Vapour detection sensor PetroVap® ATEX
PETROSTER PetroVAP ATEX sensors are vapor sensors designed to detect leaks of liquid substances or gases using the dry method in category III and V systems, in accordance with EN 13160-1. They are intended mainly for the detection of hydrocarbon vapors, including gasoline, diesel oil, LPG, alcohol, hydrogen and carbon monoxide, as well as other media depending on their physicochemical properties and volatility. They are catalytic combustion sensors with high sensitivity and short response time, using the phenomenon of changing the sensor's output resistance depending on the number of vapor particles in the vicinity of the sensor. The output voltage from the sensor increases in proportion to the increase in the detected vapor concentration, ranging from 0.2V at the neutral state to 5.5V when the maximum detection threshold of the sensor is reached. The sensors have a built-in diode in the body, signaling the active power supply of the sensor and the excitation level, changing the color of the diode in proportion to the increase in the detected vapor concentration, from green in the neutral state to red when the upper threshold of the detection range is reached.

Optical sensor PetroOpt® ATEX
PETROSTER PetroOPT ATEX sensors are optical sensors designed to detect leaks of liquid substances using dry or wet methods in systems of categories II, III and V, in accordance with EN 13160-1. Depending on the application, they can also be used as sensors for production processes and other utilities related to detecting changes in the liquid level, such as an overflow sensor. They are dedicated to work with PETROSTER control units, however, they are adapted to work with most available control units. They are equipped with a continuous cable monitoring system, in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 13160-1, enabling the differentiation between an alarm related to a change in the sensor status and a damage to the sensor cable. They are optical sensors equipped with a measuring optical system used to detect liquids by changing the refraction of light after the optical element is immersed in the liquid or after its emergence, depending on the application. The unexcited state (not immersed in a liquid) causes a signal in the form of a voltage of approximately 4.5V, and a voltage below 1V occurs when the sensor is excited, i.e. when light is refracted by immersion in a liquid.

Float sensor SimpleLeak® ATEX
PETROSTER SimpleLEAK ATEX sensors are devices used to detect leaks of liquid substances using dry or wet methods in systems of categories II, III and V, in accordance with EN 13160-1. Depending on the application, they can also be used as sensors for production processes and other utilities related to detecting changes in the liquid level, such as an overflow sensor. They are dedicated to work with PETROSTER control units, however, they are adapted to work with most available control units. They are reed sensors with a float equipped with a magnet, which is moved along the sensor axis when the liquid level changes and, depending on the state, turns the reed switch on or off. Basically, they are NO sensors for bottom-up operation and NC sensors for top-down operation. The sensor states can be reversed by inverting the float, as shown by the symbols on it. They are equipped with a continuous cable monitoring system, in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 13160-1, enabling the differentiation of an alarm related to a change in the liquid level or detection of a leak from a damage to the sensor cable.
