These can be as per ISO 4142:2002 or customized in addition to ‘Crushable Test Tubes’. Our High-Quality Type 1 Glass Cartridges also known as Carpules are compatible with a wide variety of Pens and Auto-Injectors used for self-administration of drugs, popularly in diabetes care for Insulin, and local dental anaesthetics. This robust and easy-to-use product can be offered from 1ml up to 10ml fill volume and specially selected and sourced ‘Bore Controlled’ Type 1 Glass tubing along with a stable, precise forming process offer high levels of dosing accuracy. Speciality drugs require “Double or Dual Chamber Glass Cartridges” that come with a “Bypass” feature which allows two drug components or even a lyophilized powder with its diluent to be stored carefully in a single cartridge. They are separated with a specially designed plunger and are reconstituted before administration to reduce complexities and wastages during the application process.
