This system is preferred when the working platform needs to be parked on the terrace floor. Thanks to two Davit suspension arms, the working platform can be parked on the terrace floor by overcoming parapets or similar obstacles. Steel legs (consoles) are anchored to the parapet or ground at intervals suitable for the platform dimensions and according to the project. L-type Davit arm is used. The Davit arm is fixed to the steel legs (consoles) with pins. The Davit arm is manually moved between the steel legs in a detachable manner. The points where the steel legs are anchored must be of sufficient quality and standards to bear the weight of the system. It is produced in a way that allows for the installation of a double or single-person platform according to demand. Suspension arm heights and dimensions are produced in different types suitable for parapet height and terrace dimensions of the building. Production and assembly are carried out according to European standards EN 1808.

These systems typically consist of special machines that direct movable baskets attached to a long arm. Their designs are made to enable access to every point of the facade. Depending on the conditions of the building roof and facade, they can operate at a fixed point or move on a rail system. In this case, the machine can move on wheels on a double-row rail system or along a guide rail. Additionally, they can walk on terrace floors or move by attaching to the parapet, depending on the specific requirements of the project. Telescopic boom designs are used to adapt to different facade surfaces. The machine, along with its ability to rotate around its axis, can also rotate the arm carrying the basket to provide maximum approach to the facade. Especially on recessed surfaces, the pantograph system allows the basket to approach the facade effectively. Thanks to the hydraulic or cable systems used in the body, the machine can ascend and descend vertically. This feature enables it to overcome different parapet heights and allows the machine to be concealed after the cleaning job is completed. Optionally, designs with or without a load crane are possible for use in glass replacement and installation. All facade cleaning machines are designed and manufactured in accordance with CE EN 1808 safety standards. Facade platforms play an important role in preserving the longevity and aesthetic appearance of buildings by offering reliable and efficient solutions tailored to modern building maintenance and cleaning needs.

The system to be used for accessing the glass skylights shown in the project. The supporting rails of the platform will be carried with special steel legs to be anchored to the supporting steel or concrete structure of the dome at intervals of 2 meters. The supporting legs will be hot-dip galvanized. The rails will be determined according to the standards of the manufacturing company as shown in the project. The loads on the supporting legs and rails will be calculated by the manufacturer and submitted to the administration. The system will perform horizontal sliding movement on two parallel rails electrically. The capacity of the platform will be 240 kg. The platform will be made of aluminum. The dome will be suitable upon completion of the work. At one endpoint, it will be parked. Entry and exit to the platform will be provided in this parking position. The electricity required for the platform will be provided by the employer. In order to ensure the safety of the operators, each platform is equipped with a safety belt attachment hook and a warning sign. Depending on the type of safety belt to be used, a system is provided on the platform railings optionally, allowing the safety belt hooks to slide without being removed along with the operator.

It is a lightweight facade cleaning system with a movable, single fixed-arm design positioned on the building terrace. Depending on the building facade, boom lengths between 2.5 meters and 5 meters can be manufactured. Motorized platforms for two persons or drum platforms can be used according to the project and requirements. Its horizontal movement is guided by either dual rails or a single rail on a concrete surface. A minimum clearance of 2 meters from the parapet is required for the machine to operate on all sides. Easy access to corners is facilitated by the separator arm mounted at the end of the boom, which can rotate up to +45°. The main body has motorized rotation capability.
