The TÜV and VdS certified firewater barrier consists of one left side U-profile and one right side U-profile as well as a hollow, thermally and mechanically resistant aluminum barrier. When not in use, the barrier is held in the upper position by pneumatic cylinders. The pneumatically controlled, weight-compensated closing of the barrier begins when designated buttons are activated or there is a loss of power. When the metal barrier has been lowered to the active position it is automatically locked into place by two pneumatic quick clamps. Unlocking of the clamps and resetting of the barrier to its upper position occur pneumatically. This product is protected by patent.

Our mobile flood protection system T MB SS (Thomas Mobile Barrier Stackable) consists of one right-hand and one left-hand U-profile, as well as two metal barriers made of mechanically highly resistant hollow metal profiles. The two metal barriers are inserted into the U-profiles and locked in place with quick-release fasteners. Depending on the required height of the flood protection, several of the barriers can be mounted on top of each other in a watertight manner and stacked. A pair of L-wall brackets are included for storing the barriers outside the U-profiles. This stackable flood barrier is manufactured in accordance with TÜV and VdS guidelines and is TYPE-TESTED by TÜV. It is delivered ready for use and installed by us as a specialist company in accordance with § 62 WHG for all light and highly flammable substances as well as water-polluting/non-combustible substances.

By hand-to-use, secure sealing barrier – consists of a perpendicularly standing metal barrier body with revolute joint and a barrier box on one side and a U-profile with hand tensioner on the other side. The barrier is to keep permanently closed. When traffic needs to pass through the opening, the tensioner is to unlock and the barrier is to open via chain by hand from the horizontal closing position into the vertical opening position. During the opening period, the barrier is to keep open by hand via chain. After the release of the chain the barrier moves slowly and damped into the horizontal closing position and locks automatically. The unit is not provided with a channel system and sump with liquid sensor, it is not required for this type of barrier! FM class number 4985 produced, tested and approved barrier. The metal barrier is held at its vertical rest position by an electrical magnet. When the standard liquid probe is triggered, or the close button is pressed, or there is a power blackout, or any other alarm signals of the central alarm system are active, then the closing process starts. The closing process is fully automatical and without any external energy. From the vertical position of rest, the barrier rotates vertically and slowly to the horizontal closing position at the bottom into the U-profile. In the lower horizontal closed position arrived, the metal barrier is automatically locked by an impulse tensioner. The unlocking of the tensioner is to do manually and the opening of the barrier is done by hand via chain or hand wheel. FM class number 4985 produced, tested and approved barrier.
