Be-Ge Seating Division

BE-GE military seats are built and customised from our standard seat range. The BE-GE 3000-series with backrest from the JANY product range is an example of a seat customised for a military application. The backrest has a removable insert panel as well as the front part of a head-rest for comfortable sitting when wearing a safety vest. It also comes with a 5-point safety belt with quick release function. All seats in the 3000- series are availbale in a static or air suspended version and allow for easily accessible, easy-to-use adjustments for individual working comfort. The seats can be equipped with armrests, and different kind of bases depen­ding on the needs of the working environment.

BE-GE 93-series is a mechanically suspended driver’s seat with low built-in height and dual shock absorber. This is an extremely comfortable series of seats that have become very popular in medium trucks or other vehicles with limited built-in height such as forklifts, cranes, minibuses and small forklifts. The seats can be equipped with armrests, headrests, Be-Ge’s well-known ”Airvent”, electric heating, various types of rotary devices, etc. These accessories and options allow the seat to be adapted to individual needs. The BE-GE 93-series is synonymous comfort and quality, both physical and technical. The BE-GE 93-series is equipped with mechanical suspension, lumbar support, double shock absorbers, protection bellows and sliding rails. The different backrests are standard 640 mm, integrated headrest 800 mm, medium 550 mm and low 400 mm. All models can be equipped with lap belt. The 640 mm version of the backrest can be equipped with 3-point or 4-point belt and an extra high and stable seat-and backrest foam, XSS or Comfort Line

BE-GE 8100.0 is an air suspended seat especially designed for reach trucks or similar vehicles with limited cab space, which is built to be driven on smooth floors. By placing the suspension unit behind the seat’s backrest, the built-in height becomes very low but without decreasing the seats comfort. The seat has simple and ergonomically placed controls for weight adjustment, back adjustment and length adjustment. BE-GE 8100.0 is available with both low and high backrest, the high version is ideal for use in combination with a headrest for even more increased comfort during long work shifts and is equipped with adjustable lumbar support as standard. BE-GE 8100.0 is an air suspended seat with the suspension unit placed behind the backrest and 50 mm suspension. Seat cushion angle is adjustable in four steps. The seat is equipped with integrated compressor and available in 12 V, 24 V and 48 V.

The JANY 862 range offers luxurious M1 seats, with a seat cushion that can be folded up and turned towards the wall to create extra space in the vehicle. When folded up, the seat only takes up approx. 24 cm in the cabin measured from the wall. The seat has an adjustable back, fold-up seat, integrated headrest and 3-point seat belt. The JANY 862 Seamless is specially designed for the ambulance market, where bacteria control and cleanliness are of utmost importance. The seat is therefore made with minimal seams to prevent blood and urine seeping in, and to reduce concentrations of airborne bacteria. JANY 862 series is equipped as standard with adjustable back, foldable seat function, 3 point seat belt and integrated headrest. The seats can be fitted onto Be-Ge Jany’s flexible fully compliant Twinplate floor system or on a stylish wheel box from Jany

ANY 862 Ambulance+ is a special edition of our functional M1 seat, JANY 862. The seat is flexible, as it can be turned against the wall and folded up. Takes up minimal space and provides good accessibility. Adjustable back and 450 mm wide folding seat. The turntable function can now be released from the backrest. This provides a more ergonomic working position and makes handling easier. Delivered with Tip Up function as standard. Seamless upholstery is specifically designed for the ambulance market (EN 1789), where bacterial control and cleaning is particularly important.

The BE-GE 71-series is a low profile air suspended seat, with stepless height adjustment. Quick lowering for comfortable entry and exit together with the stepless height adjustments can be mounted on the right or left side of the seat. This model of seats can be equipped with seat cushion extension. The seat cushion extension makes it possible to adjust the length of the seat in order to sit with ergonomic comfort. The BE-GE 71-series is synonymous with comfort and quality, both physical and technical.

The BE-GE 37-series is a low built static driver and passenger seat with tilt adjustment of the seat cushion. The seat has compact installation dimensions and is therefore suitable for smaller vehicles where suspension is not required or on top of suspension Be-Ge 1919 or Be-Ge 3919. The model is designed with the same high level of comfort and flexibility as the other models in the 3000 series. This means that you can customize the seat to your needs when it comes to backrests, foams, belt options and other comfort functions, Naturally we also provide a wide range of accessories such as armrests, headrests and different types of bases.

The BE-GE 31-series is a range of air suspended seats that offer the highest comfort levels available and are suitable for buses and, trucks. With its wide range of options it can be modified for be use in many different applications. The user friendly control panel can be placed on the seats either at the side or on the front. All seats in the BE-GE 31-series can be equipped with 12V or 24V integrated compressor, depending on the working environment. Standard features in the BE-GE 31-series are weight independent height adjustment, quick air release, air operated tilt of seat cushion and release of slide rails, DPS function, air operated lumbar and side support, integrated headrest and a manual air controlled height adjustment system.
