Tubing Retainers
Experience leak-free fluid transfer like never before with our advanced tubing retainers. Designed to effortlessly secure tubing over hose barbs, our patent-pending retainers feature a revolutionary lead-in ramp ensuring complete 360° compression to prevent leaks, while ribs on both edges provide a secure closure. Crafted for compatibility, they work seamlessly with silicone, TPE, and PVC tubing, making them a versatile choice for biopharm processing and high-pressure medical applications. Their intuitive, clean room-molded design ensures easy, contamination-free assembly, further supported by their recyclable composition. Choose reliability, choose efficiency — choose Pharma+ tubing retainers and conquer fluid transfer challenges with confidence.

Tubing
Our range of medical tubing meets stringent industry standards and offers excellent durability and sterilization options.

Tube Clamps
Experience total confidence in your fluid and air line management with our PharmaLok™ and disposable tube clamps—now conveniently available together from Nordson MEDICAL. Whether you need effortless one-hand control for single-use systems or robust total flow restriction for critical applications, our clamps deliver precision, reliability, and versatility. Choose from a range of sizes, styles, and custom options to fit your exact needs.

Stopcocks
Medical stopcocks offer precision-engineered control over the flow of liquids or gases within medical devices and equipment. Nordson MEDICAL's Divert™ Stopcocks epitomize reliability and versatility, catering to diverse applications with a range of configurations. Divert™ Stopcocks come in three fundamental styles: 1-way, 3-way, and 4-way — each crafted to meet distinct fluid management needs. Their polycarbonate bodies provide transparency, enabling visual inspection of media flow for enhanced monitoring. These stopcocks ensure durability where stringent safety standards prevail.

Sanitary Clamps
The biopharmaceutical industry has made a strong move towards single-use technology, so Nordson MEDICAL has developed PharmaLok™ sanitary clamps to simplify the assembly process by making it effortless to securely attach sanitary fittings to bag ports and filters. PharmaLok™ clamps are ASME BPE compatible and fit 0.5" (12.7 mm) to 0.75" (19.0 mm), 1" (25.4 mm) to 1.5" (31.8 mm), 3" (76.2 mm), and 4" (101.6 mm) flanges. These clamps provide a significant advancement for the industry, as a number of existing solutions either require tools for closure or consist of multiple components, which turns what should be a simple operation into a difficult and awkward process.

Manifolds
CylindraFLOW™ is the first all-in-one manifold for pharmaceutical and single-use biopharmaceutical fluid transfer applications. This revolutionary, patent-pending compact fitting not only saves space but also simplifies use and assembly with its innovative design. Featuring five ports in a single component, it eliminates the many leak points found in traditional stopcock and Y connector manifolds, making it ideal for downstream processing. Multiple bags can be easily filled from one large bag, with consistent flow maintaining steady pressure as it travels around the inner body of the part.

Connectors, Adapters, and Accessories
Nordson MEDICAL offers designers worldwide the broadest selection of male luer and female luer fittings and connectors, luer adapters and luer accessories. Over 120 separate configurations are offered in nylon, polypropylene, polycarbonate and PVDF, with many color and special material options available from stock or upon special order. Our Value Plastics line of male and female luers are available with tubing connections that fit many tubing materials ranging from 1/16" (1.6 mm) to 1/4" (6.4 mm) IDs, with threaded ends and panel mount versions also available.

Preventing Misconnections in Healthcare Delivery Systems
Hospitals and other healthcare facilities depend on a variety of catheters, tubing and syringes to deliver medications and other substances to patients through vascular, enteral, respiratory, epidural and intrathecal delivery systems. These delivery systems frequently employ fittings called luer connectors to link various system components. Unfortunately, because luer connectors are ubiquitous, easy-to-use, and compatible between different delivery systems, end users can inadvertently connect the incorrect systems together. These misconnections can cause medication or other fluids to be delivered through the wrong route, resulting in serious patient injuries and even death. In an effort to reduce the occurrence of these misconnections, the FDA is in collaboration with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) to develop standards for the noninterconnectability of small bore medical connectors. A joint working group established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) leads this effort to develop a series of standards for incompatible connectors. Nordson MEDICAL is well positioned to help you with your tubing connection needs. Our parts are designed, tested, qualified, and documented to be compliant with these new standards. Because Nordson MEDICAL's Value Plastics product line team has participated on the committees developing these standards, you can be assured of a full understanding of the testing and compliance requirements. Our standard product base has hundreds of different types of luers that can be customized to achieve ISO 80369-7 compliance. Contact us to schedule an appointment with our knowledgeable staff.

Medical Check Valves
A check valve is a component that regulates the directional flow of fluids and comes in diverse configurations tailored to specific needs. Single-configuration check valves prevent backflow in one direction, requiring a positive pressure differential for fluid passage. They feature terminations such as luers, bond sockets, bond posts, and barbed designs. Double-configuration check valves manage bidirectional flow by directing fluid to multiple outlets sequentially. Our check valves are engineered with a range of opening pressure ratings, from low pressure options to high pressure variants, like anti-siphon valves, that resist gravity-induced flow. Made with USP Class VI compliant materials, our medical-grade check valves prioritize safety and compatibility with the human body. They minimize contamination risks while facilitating seamless priming and accommodating higher flow rates. Ideal for infusion, drainage, and irrigation applications, our check valves are essential for medical device designers seeking reliability and performance.

Bondable Prototyping Fittings
Build-a-Part® bondable prototype fittings allow you to choose interchangeable components to create a tubing set prototype for evaluation before committing to production. You can connect junction blocks to luer, hose barb, or threaded components to create multiport, multiaxis products that receive and redirect flow in your desired direction.
